It started because Kah Sheng kept getting messages from friends of friends: “We're in Langkawi — what should we do?”He'd spend an hour typing out the real answer — the sunset cruise no one knows about, the captain who does private trips, the villa owner who prefers you just WhatsApp her.
So in 2025, Lazy Traveler launched as the B2C brand of Langkawi MICE Holidays and Tours Sdn Bhd — licensed and operating since 2016 (MOTAC KPK/LN 12322). No big marketing budget. No call centre. Just real local knowledge, a MOTAC license, and a WhatsApp number that's actually answered by a human.
We added Maya — our AI concierge — to handle the stuff that happens at 2am when guests have questions. But Kah Sheng is always a tap away when it matters.
