Rubylite

Rubylite is a compact sailing catamaran that keeps things personal. She carries up to 8 guests comfortably — 12 if a few are kids — which means there is always space to breathe, find your own spot on the sun deck, and actually hear each other talk.

The 4-hour sunset charter departs in the afternoon and times the cruise so you hit the archipelago's western horizon right as the sun drops. BBQ goes on deck around the midway point: grilled chicken, fish, satay, fried rice, salad, tropical fruits, and unlimited soft drinks.

Between boarding and dinner the captain anchors at a sheltered cove for swimming. The bow jacuzzi net is the photo spot — first in gets the best angle. Kayak is on board if anyone wants to paddle around.
