如何取消预订？
提前72小时以上可免费取消。24至72小时前取消，退还50%，或者我们免费为您改期。24小时内取消，不予退款。
是否包含酒店接送？
我们提供 Pantai Cenang、Pantai Tengah、瓜镇（Kuah）及机场区域大部分酒店的接送服务。请通过 WhatsApp 告知您的酒店名称以确认。
什么时候付款？
视乎您的预订方式而定。通过 WhatsApp 联系 Maya 预订，我们会先确认您的名额，再发送安全付款链接。若直接通过购物车预订，则结账时即时付款。
