We'd rather you change your mind than show up grumpy. For tours and day trips, the cutoff matches what our boat suppliers charge us — once they're past 72 hours, the boat is committed, the captain is paid, the lunch is ordered. Transfers, rentals and charters each have their own window — see below.

Airport transfers & chauffeur

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, full refund. Under 24 hours, no refund — your driver's already assigned.

Yacht charter cancellation

Private charters take a 50% deposit to lock the boat. Free cancellation 14 days+ before — 7-14 days before, 50% back. Under 7 days, the deposit holds — the crew's confirmed, provisioning's ordered — but you can shift your date once at no extra cost.

Stays

Refund terms vary by property and are confirmed by Maya when you book.

Car rental

Full refund if you cancel 24 hours+ before pickup. Within 24 hours, 50% holds — the car is already reserved and prepped for you.

Force majeure

Floods, typhoons, the occasional monkey situation — if it's unsafe and beyond our control, we'll always reschedule or refund in full. We'd rather you come back relaxed than be out a few ringgit.
