Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the number of pax and dates. Large groups (15+) often need to book 2 weeks in advance for peak season (Jul–Aug, Dec–Jan). We can arrange custom packages for groups of up to 80.

That's most families here. A private mangrove boat fits 1–8 people at a flat rate, so it works out cheaper per person than booking sharing seats. For more than 8, private island hopping scales to your numbers on its own boat. Message Maya with your headcount and dates — she'll put together the combo that fits, no need to split into two bookings yourself.

We accept FPX (online banking), Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. We prefer FPX/DuitNow as it saves us the card processing fee — we pass that saving back to you as a small discount. Cash (MYR/USD) is accepted for small tours under RM 500.

Tours & activities: Free cancellation 72 hours or more before. 24-72 hours, 50% back — or we'll move your date for free instead. Under 24 hours, no refund.

Yes, always. Rescheduling is free as long as you give us at least 24h notice and the new slot is available. We reschedule dozens of bookings every week — it's not a problem.

Light rain doesn't cancel most tours — Langkawi rain is often warm and brief. We monitor the Marine Department forecasts from the night before. If sea conditions are unsafe (Beaufort 4+), we cancel proactively and offer a full refund or reschedule. You don't need to chase us — we'll message you first.

All boats are licensed under the Marine Department of Malaysia and insured. Life jackets are provided for all passengers. Captains hold valid STCW or Marine Department certifications. We've run thousands of trips without a serious incident — and we keep it that way by cancelling when conditions are borderline.

Yes, by default. All canapés and meals we provide are halal. We don't serve pork or alcohol as part of the included food and drink. BYO alcohol is permitted on private charters — we provide a chiller.

Yes — mention it when you book and we'll arrange vegetarian/vegan options. 48 hours' notice helps us do this properly. Langkawi has excellent vegetarian options; we know where to source.

For water tours: light clothing, a thin layer for wind, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses. No need for full swimwear unless you're swimming (we'll tell you in advance if swimming is on the itinerary).

For ATV: closed-toe shoes (we provide helmets and boots, but bring your own shoes). Light long trousers protect your legs from mud and foliage.

It depends on the boat or attraction — age bands aren't the same across every operator we work with. Infants 0–3 ride free on most cruises and on the SkyCab cable car. From there, child rates differ by boat: 4–11 on some sharing cruises, 4–12 on Golden Eagle sunset cruises, 5–11 on Avante charters, and 3–11 on the Pulau Payar snorkel trip (the intro dive add-on needs a minimum age of 10). Jet ski rides have a minimum age of 7 to ride, not a child discount. Ask Maya to confirm the exact band for your tour before you book — she'll check with the operator.
