Deposits on yacht charters

Private charters take a 50% deposit to lock the boat. Refundable until 7 days before. After that the crew is committed, so the deposit holds — but you can shift your date once at no extra cost.

Stays

Refund terms vary by property and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Car rental

Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, 50% holds — the car is already reserved and prepped for you.

Force majeure

Floods, typhoons, the occasional monkey situation — if it's unsafe and beyond our control, we'll always reschedule or refund in full. We'd rather you come back relaxed than be out a few ringgit.
