Launched as a brand in 2024 by Kah Sheng, Lazy Traveler is a licensed travel agent based in Pantai Cenang, Langkawi. It operates under Langkawi MICE Holidays and Tours Sdn Bhd (MOTAC KPK/LN 12322), licensed since 2018, covering tours, stays, yacht charters and ground transport.
The company's defining trait is its booking flow: customers message a single WhatsApp number and an AI concierge named Maya handles real-time availability and quoting. A human team — based at the Pantai Cenang office — confirms during open hours and handles the day-of logistics.
