The Saladin sunset slot is Avante's most popular private booking for small groups. Departing at 4:30pm and returning at 8pm, you get the full golden hour on the water: the sky changes colour while the boat is anchored, the jacuzzi net is out, and the BBQ dinner comes up just as the sun drops toward the horizon.
Saladin is a custom-built vessel made for exactly this kind of cruise — the layout keeps things social, with open deck space for mingling and a shaded area to sit back and eat. Up to 12 guests is the base booking; extra guests can join up to a maximum of 20. Free-flow premium drinks are included alongside the buffet dinner, so the evening runs smoothly without anyone flagging down crew for refills.
